If I understand correctly what he said you're supposed to do to make the compatibility correct then just do this: right click on the desktop icon for TOAW III A new panel will appear and one of the tabs on it is compatability. Go to the compatability tab and click on the "use compatability mode" click box. Then choose which OS you want to appear to be using and click 'OK' and that's it. Piece of cake.
