As of today (Apr 14th, 2011), up to Volume 22 is available to download from the link in the first posting.
It does take some time, but you will enjoy the articles and historical info that is offered in the General Magazine.

Did eBay heavily around 2000 to 2004, as a re-seller. I tried to get the entire General magazine set; I succeeded in getting just about all of them down to volume 8 number 2, except for maybe 3 or 4 holes, but they get very expensive the closer you get to volume 1 number 1. Good to know this stuff is on DVD & free downloads.
