I've managed to add the missing US trucks to the original module. How do I upload the module to the VASSAL website?

Contact Salar, the module creator via the vassalengine.org website and let him know of your corrections and either send it to him or ask if he will add you as a contributor so that you can upload it yourself.

As an aside, I created the Zuntzu gamebox for the same game if anybody wants to try it out on that platform let me know and I'll provide the link.
