What unofficial product has impressed you AFTER playing it?

    Hi-

Just curious, what kewl TPM product has really rocked your socks off after playing the product?

For me it's been the following:

    CH Red Xmas
    CH Spanish Fury
    LFT France 1940 Issue
    LFT Partisan issue
    LC Purple Heart Draw
    CH Busting the Bocage 3E
    BfP Into the Rubble
    CH tap 1 and 2

I'd say from the celler but those are my own designs, so they dont count. And remember, its about WHAT you have played.

    Hi Scott,

I've played some Tactiques scenarios which I was impressed with. BF 'Into The Rubble' was cool too. I'm hugely enjoying the monster scenario from Uncommon Valor at the moment. And I've really enjoyed "Getting The Job Done" from LSSAH Pack 4 by Lone Canuck. Glennbo's monster scenarios from DP's 2/3/4 are all great fun. Baraque De Fraiture is very good. Finally your own "The Damned Die Hard" was excellent fun too.

Oops, I agree, I've liked the ESG scenarios I've played as well. And Tactiques - good call. I've played a whole lotta Tactiques scenarios. I think some of my best ASL memories are with those bad boys. Tac4 "I Remember" is one of my favorite scenarios.

This year I was impressed with:

    Bounding Fire's Into the Rubble;
CH!'s Spanish Fury and Red Christmas; and
East Side Gamers scenarios (I played my first ESG scenario this year and have been hooked ever since).

... what kewl TPM product ...
Why not just "what kewl ASL product"?

In light of recent... conversations... aroung here, isolating ASL-compatible products like that could -- and probably rightly -- be seen as provocative.

I dunno, maybe Scott has an ulterior motive here..........but his question is a good one. I see a lot of product reviews based on "wow it looks cool, but I havn't played it yet" I have been guilty of this myself.

So to contribute to this thread I will say

    In print:
    Latest SP pack.
    Dispatches from the Bunker
    Into the Rubble
    ESG packs
    FrF packs
    LFT mags, (English versions)
    Melee pack
    Recon by Fire.

    Out of print:
    Backblast
    First two issues of CH
    ASLUG scenarios
    Rout Report
    In Contact

Why? Because everybody will say VotG or AP 4, not a whole lot of veriaty there I would think. But your free to start your own thread asking what official product really impressed you, it is a free country after all.
