I am playing for the Soviet and I have a problem: a soviet supply rate is a very low (30)
I use supply units near my assault groups but this do not solve the problem.
My question: Does the supply rate depend on a quantity of supply units?

No. Supply units are useful for improving the local supply distribution in the hexes around them, but the supply level reaching the units will always be a fraction of 30. Transport assets sharing is what can partially improve the overall supply level. A level of 30, by the way, is not per se a low supply level.Originally Posted by SunCat

"Deep offensive" doesn't depends of supply level,.If I will place four supply units, will it better than two?
because of this I cannot make a deep offensive
At TOAW units are quite able to fight even with supply level of 1%.
Of course supply level about 100-120 % is much more nice ,but it's possible to fight with supply of 1-2 % .Much more important is if units are supplied or unsupplied .
