Exclamation John Van Matter Memorial ASLSK Giveaway

I just received the ASLSK 1 that I will be giving away to a budding ASL player. Please send me a PM if you want this to be yours. My only rules for this is that you use it and give it to a new newbie once you have moved onto ASL. I will choose somebody on Sunday night for this, and I will pay for shipping. Please only ask for it if you are a beginning player or a oldbie that has someone in mind that may not be on this forum.

    Thanks guys,

    Ryan D. Kruse

Just trying to keep this on the first page until Sunday.

Thanks for the requests so far guys. I will probably do a random dice role sometime Sunday and post the results.

    Thanks again,

    rdk

I had 5 requests for the John Van Matter ASLSK Memorial Giveaway. After using a Random DR in VASL, going ttb according to the order that the participants contacted me, Darrell Anderson won it for his Brother In Law. Thank you all for participating, and watch again next year for another giveaway.

    Thanks again,

    Ryan D. Kruse

Many thanks to Ryan for a cool remembrance of John.

I am going to get this for my brother in law, clearly an ASL'er waiting to happen. BoB watching, "Combat" (TV show, not the CH thing) fan and all around WWII goober. We have talked about ASL at length and I think that he is ready to take the plunge.

He is in Amarillo, TX if there is anyone in that part of the world, let me know!

Thanks again Ryan, very cool way to remember John.

    Hey Darrell,

You might want to suggest that your brother in law attend the Austin Tournament in June:

Lots of ASL action with players of all ability levels.
