Hi everyone:
Looking for tips on what models to use/trays to buy. Thinking of switching to Raaco in the future.
Thanks in advance,

Have you looked at the Hozan storage systems from Japan yet?
The US distributer can be found at:
http://www.ikaswebshop.com/
They are expensive but man do they look good and have many different possibilities.
That's a nice set of storage products. Very good to know they're available to the North American market without the need for transcontinental shipping.
If anybody ends up using this product line to manage their ASL counters, would you mind posting your list of products used (i.e. trays, tray shell container with handle, etc.)?
Almost all people use the Raaco PSC 4-01 box. Make sure you get the version with a flat lid. You can either fit one "big" nation (ie British, US, German, Russian, Axis Minor) or two "small" nations into one box. You need about 8 boxes for the complete official OB (excluding the black SS and the HASLs).
Inserts are almost exclusively A73 and A78. The mix depends on your taste. I use about 70% A78. In the Info Counter/Systems box I have two A9 and one A8 , too.
Hi-
I found these pics of Hozan treys with counters stored in them already:

It's possible to fit all the nationalities, including all official HASLs, into 8 RAACOs (I've done it; also some duplicate counters). You can put 1/2" black SS in there, too, though it makes more of a tight fit for your Germans (all those leaders, SW, etc., which are duplicated), but putting 5/8" black SS counters in as well would require them to be in a different tray than the rest of the Germans.
For the Hozan storage system, you will need to get the B - 40 - GG case with four trays in each case (cases, trays and dividers are sold separately). You also need to get extra dividers. The system is pricey, does not travel by air very well (hard plastic needs to be bubble wrapped) but is extremely flexible. All in all, I recommend very highly. I've used the system for years.

Andreas has a lot of good info on his site about how to organize a Raaco kit and recommendations for purchasing. Also when I took the Racco plunge this is where I ordered them from. I hope this helps.
