its exe because its like a program that automatically puts the files in the correct places on the mms after unpacking them :up:

they've got some decent wallpapers some daxter ones from the previous pack and some good syphon ones (ONLY WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD THE BIGGER PACK BELOW THE USUAL) 10 tracks of music and a syphon filter theme song.

Tutorials? i don't know what you mean.
