I just got off the phone with sony again. Turns out there running low on PSPs so i gotta wait another week to get mine back (been waiting a month now). I wonder if this has to do with the holdays coming up

dell are really bad at customer services, they handed it all over to some place in india to save money and hardly anyone can speak english and if it is its very broken.
Sony will probably be back to narmal after the christmas rush, never contacted them yet but is it hard to get through, automated services etc?
Must suck to be you atm Joey, what would you do if you didn't get it back until after christmas?
