I will be a soldier. In about 2015, not old enough yet. Does that count?

    NO!
Any man who refers to himself as an "intellectual" quite obviously isn't.

    US Army Infantry 11C 87-90

87 Ft. Benning-One of the last units to go through Harmony Church.

87-89 1/52Inf, 7/6Inf 1st Armored Division Bamberg, West Germany. I realy liked Bamberg for its rich history. I also did manage to get around to most of Europe. I never made it to Italy, Swizterland or Scandianavia. England reminded me most of the US and not for good reasons. All the bricked up shops and mills and trash laying about.

89-90 1/18Inf 197th Infantry Brigade Ft. Benning. Kelly Hill sucked. There seemed to be two ways in, rotated from overseas or get kicked out of Ranger Bat or Airborne school. When I first got there I was made squad leader on a track that hadn't left the motor pool for two years because the engine was blown.

9 NOV 90 PCS Ft. LivingRoom medical discharge. Which was a nightmare process. The 197th would convinently loose peoples paper work so post policy was all medical paper work had to be hand carried. All that raggle plus everytime I got a doctor he got deployed made the paper trail a real nightmare. I wound up having to eventually go before a medical review board which was about like going to court.

Short time with the Royal Westminster Regiment. That's a reserve infantry regiment that was tasked to the RCAR in my time and now to the PPCLI. Sad story, I was finishing university and getting ready for officer school in the reg force. Had to decide between my girlfriend and the army. Then I blew out my knees saving me the decision. I let them both go. Or is that Wargaming allows me to remain a wannabe.
