What is the current patch for EFII (Europe in Flames edition)?

My East Front II is ver 1.3

Apparently I have 1.1a according to the readme file. I have just dug out my EFII after getting back into PanzerBlitz. Is there any other way to find out which version. (The game does not have the "windows help/about" function).

Where would I find the 1.3 patch?

I have the Gold version (1.3) and I don't know what the difference is between 1.2 and 1.3.

Press M to bring up the menus and see the About version info.

After going to the ftp, and being in the US, I've narrowed down my options to:

ef_108_us.exe
efcd_108a_us.exe
eif_disk2_102.us.exe
NEW-EF2_US_v102.exe

My guess is since I am running Europe In Flames Disk2 that eif_disk2_102.us.exe would be my best option.

The next question is nowhere did it mention any v1.3?

1.3 introduce the Rising Sun night rules into EFII. If you bought EiF, i think your EFII game is already patched to version 1.2, so you'll only need the to apply the 1.3 patch.

It may or may not unzip though one file in the archive wouldn't unzip and it messed the whole thing up. I ran WinZip and applied them to the EFII directory by hand and it works fine. Turns out that ONE file is a redo on graphics for a German Arty piece.
