Illegal within our city limits to possess or use... the line is about 2 miles away with a connecting road back in somewhere else, you just have to have the smarts to use it. Too bad (well, maybe not) some people aren't smart enough to drive away from the stand with their fireworks before heading back into town; especially when an 'unmarked' is parked just inside radioing it in. They lazily stop about one person a half-hour just to make the point.

I live in Virginia and in the last month temporary roadside fireworks stores have popped up everywhere.........things are not so friendly in neighboring Maryland or D.C..........go figure.
