GO Squad Break it’s self?

Can I Break a good order Squad in rout phase and incur a DM so I have a chance to save the squad, before it gets locked into CC during the advance phase?

I read were I can move a GO leader with routing units, did not see anything about breaking a good order squad on purpose.

Hi Phil, that rule exists for full ASL. I'm not sure if it does in starter kit though. Good thought process though, there are times in full ASL where you would rather take the DM squad than the elimination in CC or by massive fire groups next turn. Just checked my starter kit cheat sheet, comes in handy for we who do not really play starter kit much. You are correct, no voluntary break allowed.
