    Gun circled size number

Im reorganising my allied minor counters and have come across several guns with the M# circled. There's no white behind it or red for the number.
    What does this mean?

Examples Belgian C75 TR 75 mm art piece. Note 10.

    See C10.11 and 10.12.
A Stopped vehicle not in Bypass may hook up a Gun (if the vehicle's T# ≤ the Gun's M#) by spending half (FRU) of its MP/MF allotment [EXC: if the Gun's M# is circled (e.g., M6), the vehicle must expend two-thirds (FRU) of its MP/MF allotment]
Considering the size differential, I think motorcycles should look out for me.

Thanks, thought it was something to do with that.
