    Re: Rising Sun

    Where on the MMP website will the update be posted? Do you post the updates on the main/home page, or on Chas's ASL blog?
    More than likely - it'll be both!
    (It'll be on the main page under the latest pre-order banner; and also on his blog page)

    Yet more importantly..... Thanks for the current Rising Sun update;
    and also the upcoming "VERY INFORMATIVE" overall ASL one too!

    Can't wait for pre-orders! (John)

    Chas -

    Speaking of the Overlays Bundle - Will there also be a way of purchasing seperate overlay "sets" or overlay "sheets" like maps and whatnot? Maybe you can add this to your "very informative" ASL overall update coming soon that most of us will truly appreciate; unlike some others.

    Thanks again - John

    If I were you I wouldnt even bother binding the rulebook seeing as the design meant ease of updating page by page. ASL has such a dynamic ruleset binding to me is a silly waste of time.

    I actually think it depends on how you bind it. You can bind the rulebook at Kinkos/Fedex and then you can get it rebound for a lot less. I forget now what the price was, but it was like 5 -10 dollars, maybe less. I ended up going for it. It saves a lot of ripped pages, much easier to look through etc.

    Its a fair point but I dont think Ive ever ripped a page in my plastic sleeves. Updates are added and out moded rule pages are removed = no cost.

    Maybe minor cost cost for sleeves . But anyway, I just like the way it opens and sits on table or whatever. Also it was a lot less work than putting each page in a sleeve. Nonetheless, I see the advantages of your method. That was the original intent anyway.

    ALL my rulebook pages are in plastic sleeves.

    I would not harm my ASL pages by cutting more holes into them......

    It does do that, I will admit. You could have it copied then bind one copy, I've seen that done before as well. The cost just starts to add up.

    though after reading this again, maybe you are referring to plastic sleeves ... they come w/ holes already, the page just slips in.

    The sleeves were a gift... I realised that as soon as I left the post and thought 'I wonder if he will pick up on that?' ANSWER; of course he will! This is an ASL thread!
