    Map Boards

Sorry if this has been asked before. Does BFP sell individual mapboards. Got CoS and need a couple of boards to be able to play all the scenarios.

    Thanks,

    MWR

Not at this time. We're discussing it but have not made a final decision.

It was just two or three. Theres 32 scenarios in the pack so can play 90% of them.

Opened B&J today and found a few more boards i'm missing. Still a fantastic product. Cant wait to get into some of the scenarios.

Being able to purchase the boards individually would be a nice addition to your product line. Would help the latecomers to your products to catch up some.

The only advice I can give is to buy ItR and HG2 for the necessary boards. They are worth the money, but that is just my opinion. HG2, especially, with its hills is, to my mind, fairly much a no brainer. BFP H & I are direct replacements for HoB I & II, which are in some other TTP scenarios. You might think about BtB2 and Op Cobra, but these are more restricted in theatre. Providing money is not too tight, I would be surprised if you regret getting the other BFP products.

your not a latecomer to these products

A 'latecomer' is someone who missed WoA, CoB or Yanks. They are not in print anymore. The others are readily available

I for one am glad he posted his observation. As one who is seriously considering CoS I now at least know I'd be unable to play all of the scenarios.

Out of the two packs, there are 79 scenarios, there are only 2 in Cos and i think 4 in B&J that i cant play. That still leaves 73 scenarios. I do not feel "cheated" in anyway. I would highly recomend these for anyone. For the price there is a lot of content.

    Very mature attitude.

FWIW, I agree with Paul: ItR and HG2 are both fantastic. I have all the BFP stuff and it's all top-notch, but BtB2 and Op Cobra are more easily bypassed because the boards are more specialized and less likely to see (non-Normandy) reuse.
