Do most players use the S? Activation techniques whern playing the standard (non-SASL) scenarios?
How is this handled? For example, in Sc 201 The Sacrifice of Polish Armor.
Thanks

The SASL system wasn't designed to provide a method of playing standard scenarios with its rules set. I suppose you could try to create a Frankenstein but I wouldn't recommend it. I've given a link here to Mike O'Leary's Solo Rules that you can check out (in post #2). They provide a method of making solo play more interesting by allowing Dummies/HIPpies/Concealed units to "shift" around the board but you still drive all the decisions. Check it out.

I give thumbs up to the Mike O'Leary Solo Rules. Best system I've seen for playing standard scenarios solo (much better than the method I was working on myself).
I also agree, if you want to play SASL, you need to play the whole SASL system rather than a hybrid.
Another +1. SASL is very much NOT a method to play standard scenarios. Pick one path.
