Warbirds was a big success for more than a few years, so this could work too. But...but...it needs to be better thought out than what WoT has delivered. I mean, if we are going to be forced to play as mixed teams again, well...this isn't gonna work any better than WoT. Either commit to your WWII / Cold War setting, or just go sci-fi or with some other made-up setting where you can ignore reality to your heart's content.

How's that for 2 "exciting" game titles.
The PR guys must have spent months coming up with them.
I did see one interesting player comment already about the upcoming World of Warplanes, "my Gloster Gladiator better not be matched up against ME262's..." of course in reference to the often questionable World of Tanks matchmaking system.

Don´t worry i will zap them with my Sputnik-Laserbeam-Prototype-Artillery. Seems to early to work on another game, WoT feels still like a Beta game to me with essentially just one game mode. I´d would have preferred that they add Assault-Defend, Historical and maybe cooperative PvE gamemodes.
Well they made a shitload of money so can´t really blame them for moving on.
World of Battleships is next

Although I'd have said T50-2's, those things should be banned or bumped up to Tier 9 matches only!
No tank could be that small, that fast, have that powerful of a gun and armor so hard to penetrate. Just crazy to be in a 1935 designed tank vs. that fantasy Developers tank.
Although I'm sure there will be WoWP matches of ME262's vs. Gladiators...
