J138 "Point To Make" Setup question

For J138 "Point to Make", why does the German setup say "within 6 hexes" while the British setup says "<= 8 hexes"? This is just *inviting* questions like "is 'within' inclusive or exclusive"?

For now my opponent and I have agreed upon it being inclusive, but does anyone actually know?

Yes makes no sense to use to different wording if the meaning are the same. But I think you are right, I also give my Cent for inclusive.

    "Within" should be inclusive.

    From the Wiktionary:
    within
    1. Indicates spatial enclosure or containment.

I agree. But, there's no reason to specify two different means of "inclusive" on the same scenario card!

That is weird. They mean the same thing... I'm embarrassed I didn't catch that in PT. Sorry.

I missed it in the proofing phase as well. While not an error, it looks a bit odd.

This is what I'm saying. And I looked at it in proofing, too, so I missed it twice. Ha! I'm more shamed than you are!

I forgive Klas, but not Spencer. Spencer had *two* tries to get it right!
