Professionalism and Courtesy

This one is a work related item that I thought
I'd post here...

I don't think anyone would argue that the economy is a bit tough at the moment.

Sales teams continually advise that they are under trained and under supported.

I've made it part of my personal mission to make sure that my team and my partners are supporting sales to the fullest extent possible. To do so we've not only offered training, but we've offered to make it fun and provide some relaxation that they can partake in after the training is completed.

It amazes me that we get less than a 10% acceptance rate. If you're telling us you need these things and we're making them available, why are you not taking advantage? Especially when it's free and and you can get food, booze, and some fun out of it too?

I just don't get it...

    I don't get it either.
I take advantage of the opportunity, when I can.
The opportunity for personal career growth should be grasped with both hands, when it is available.
