Hello, this is my first post here, and I would like to start by complimenting you on your fine Civil War series of wargames. Was just wondering if an update like the one providing different sections for artillery batteries (this rule increases realism and player options greatly in my opinion) for infantry regiments? ( the ability to break infantry regiments into battallions and companies on the map?) Also, wondering if an update allowing artillery sections to recombimbine into their parent batteries on the map is in the works? (and one for infantry units to recombine on the map also?) These changes, if possible, would make a game that is 99.9% spot on, 110% outstanding in my humble opinion! Thanks, Charles

Hi Charles, thanks for the note. No plans for an update to include those features at this time - would involve altering the OOB's on the fly in-game, and probably a bit complex to code. Will keep it in mind though!

Hello rahamy, and thank you for answering my post. I apologize for taking so long to acknowledge your response. I hope that my ideas are feasible as updates for the game. Currently playing HPS Shiloh (From Fort Henry to Fort Donelson Feb 5-15, 1862) and was wondering if two (or more) company sized units (or understrength regiments) from the same parent brigade/regiment stacked together and having a strength of more than 100 men could not possibly deploy skirmishers? Just an idea for a possible rules update. Thanks, Charles
