Hedge TEM for shot at Bypasser?

Probably a simple question, but can't get my head around it. I think it's best to just pull out the board: a unit in 3S3+1 (level 1) is firing at a unit bypassing 3Z1 along the 3Z1/3AA2 hexside. Does the moving unit get the hedge TEM from this shooter at the 3Z1/3Z2/3AA2 vertex? Thanks for all replies.

By reading B9.3 it looks like it would get TEM in this case as
the hedge hexside is part of the target hex.

Unless I'm missing something else.
