I guess this isn't "Non-ASL" per-say, but, I found this on Consimworld:

Journal of the Soviet Army (Literature) - 1445 PST
CSW member, Craig Crofoot, announces the first issue of THE JOURNAL OF THE SOVIET ARMY, a new monthly, subscription-based EJournal devoted solely to orders of battle of the Soviet Army 1917-92. The journal will provide orders of battles of Soviet Army campaigns and battles, and unit histories from the Soviet period. Much of this material is from Russian archives and formerly classified Soviet published material.

So, anyone a subscriber to this? Sounds very interesting, especially for scenario designers. Kinda pricey though, $30 for 6 months. I guess I'm looking for anyone who knows anything about this. (PK?, BMW?, Bueller?)

TIA,
Scott

Check out their website at http://www.journalsovietarmy.org/
It looks like it could be a useful resource for military historians
