Political Officers are marked with a star - like all leaders - if you are using graphic icons.

They are Quality 'X' - see their section in the user manual.

I just finished a game of Casa de Campo II (sic?). The Nationalists have a platoon of Pz I's.

Game not in front of me at the moment.
