sorry if this was already said.
I think the wording of SSR 5 is a little incorrect and could cause mistakes. I believe that elegible locations for Partisan units should be *manhole locations* and not *sewer hexes* I cannot find in the rules.
Sewers, BTW are NA here.

Am I right?

Technically, they probably should have said "manhole locations" instead of "sewer hexes".

I've never heard of it causing confusion or a problem for anyone, but I also think that we should use terms defined in the rules whenever possible.

yes, you are.

I blame Curt Schilling for that.

I understand it is a small detail, but I saw people use sewer movement at least once in this scenario because a Partisan placed in the *sewer* could imply that sewer movement is allowed. Exspecially when half SSR is missing from the card.
BTW I have already misunderstood SSRs thousands of times in the past, this time surprisingly I could be right

Besides ASL is a game of details. If one of the best scenario designer forgets the terminology more technically correct who will use it then? :)

Thanks for the compliment, but often, the misunderstanding happens in the transfer between designer/playtesters/layout person/more playtesting/publisher.

I forgot what verbage was actually submitted, but there are multiple opportunities to screw something up in the process.
