Rules:
At last, the ultimate battle in comic book history has arrived. Marvel Versus DC. Take part as your favorite character from each world and battle it out. Any character is playable except God and immortal heores [Eg: Thor, Galactus, Darkside]

The rules are the same as the first chapter, refer here if you do not know how to play.

A quick recap: You can do an attack on ur opponent and then ur opponent has only one post to reply. If not the damage will be ushered to the opponent, 2 hits and he/she's out. For the battle only, not the whole game.

The Story:
During the previous civil war battle, the explosion of Sinister made a portal between two worlds. Marvel and DC. Without knowing, the DC world emerged from the portal. Both forces have met and sought to destroy each other, thinking they both are enemies. The villains and the heroes for each team have joined forces to get rid of their rivals..

Ive updated the list and Ewan can be supes. (by god chars i refer to characthers like Dark phoenx and ppl who cant be killed.) Jacques, its ok. Supes i kinda godly but i decided to add him in.

Story:
"Look up there!" Spidey says as he patrols the area. There is the middle fo the sky stood a small portal gleaming with colours. In another world, superman chases the joker when suddenly he's absorbed into a portal flinging him to the Marvel world where he meets spiderman. More DC characters arrive and soon there was a huge war. The portal remained open and couldnt be shut...

Scenario:
The battle takes place on the streets of New York. You can use buildings, terrain, cars, etc.. to your advantage. Try not to go beserk killing civilians.

Marvel: Try to get the DC heroes back where they came from

DC: Protect yourself from these new "aliens." who seem to be trying to attack you.

Special Rules:
When 3 people from either team is knocked out, the battle ends. And the opposing team wins.

(Ps; its only fair that i become a char from whichever team that is losing. oh and ppl can still join)

I look around and see a unfamilar town i get in my batmobile and begin to drive around the town

I use the grapple hook to get ontop of the Empire state building and scotu out the town only to relise it is New York but it seems different

[Dernhelm]

"Come here, you!" The vulture flies and hits batman off the empire state building. "Halloween already?" The vulture luaghs histerically.

The batman, fires a grapling hook back up and the vulture continues to pursue him.

The DC heroes thought they had landed in a place of evil

[Pompey]

Doc octupus grabs batman in mid air and slams him through the nearest wall

[Ewan]

I land in the batmobile i run over Doc oc

[Pompey]

as it comes toward me i pic the batmobile up and throw it against another car

[Ewan]

I jump out and throw 5 baterangs at Doc Oc then i jump inside a close warehouse and wait shrouded in the darkness

[Pompey]

doc oc catches each one in his mighty tantacles and throws them at each corner of the warehouse making it collapse all around ewan

[Ewan]

As it collapses around me a single pillar of wood is left with Me ontop. I throw electric baterange that electrocute whatever the come in contact with then i backflip off and use the grapple to swing onto a sky scraper

i throw the rubble toward batman with my tentacles

As the skyper collapses onto Doc i thow gas bombs from my belt that put doc to sleep

Sorry mate, but that is just BS.
Wolverines skeleton is unbreakable and once is set, cannot be melted, learn your fluff... it is, however, possible to heat the metal, thereby burning wolverine and still damaging him.

EDIT: this thread is frickin retarded, theres still no control. Each character should only be able to make a single attack per turn to keep control of whats going on. Plus you shouldn't be able to just say "i estroy somethin gand it falls on you"... it's up to the thread creator to add random instances such as buiding colapse and extra damage...

it would have been SURGICALLY removed.. they wouldn't just MELT it off of his BONES.
the metal is surgically screwed and melding into his bones, there is no melting needed to trransfer the skeletal structure

CRAP IM GETTING OWNED. Holding my chest i throw some smoke pellets and hide in a close dark place

i put on some thermal vision goggles, spotting batman, pull out 2 smgs, and spray bullets at him

I cover my self in my bullet proof cape and use my thermal vision and throw baterangs at the punisher

i pull out a mini riot shield and knock the baterangs away from myself.

pulling out a shock prod, i attack batman with it, sending electricity coursing through his metal suit :p

I jab a batarang into venom

@jac batmans suit is made from a special rubber so electricity wouldnt effect me :p

venom feed son a passer by and heals then he swings forward and grabs batman then he throws him off a roof

I land in my confy batmobile and then launch RPG at Venom

anyway dodges it up and webs batman up

I use a batarang to cut through the web and throw sleeping gas pellets at venom

rpg = rocket propelled grenade so basically a rocket

the punisher pulls out 2 desert eagles with gas expanding bullets, and shoots at batman.

venom falls asleep but bein hit by da batarang wakes him up

From gass expanding bullets i should be dead but hey, my armour is bullet proof :D

As it nears night time batman prepares to enter his element he get on his bat cycle and leads on the 'aliens'

Batmans makes his bike explode to confuse Venom

venom leaps at batman

I dodge out the way and venom crashes into the ground, the i stick 5 exploding batarangs in his back

gas expanding bullets will destroy bullet proof armour........

the punisher waits for the bat cycle to do anotehr pass, then fires a bullet into the gas tank, causin gthe bike to explode in a hugr ball of flame.

Its all ready exploded OWNED, I jump off a roof and land behind punisher and drive a batarang into his back

Mr Freeze appears and blasts his guns at venom. Enclaving him in a rock hard ice

Venom ties to dodge but doesnt make it

"HAhaha" Freeze laughs and continues freezing everyone, especially the punisher

venom gets free and throws freeze in a furnace muhahahaha

the punisher, using a knife he keeps tied to his wrist, cuts his way to hsi belt, then lights a flare, melting the ice. he points an incendinary grenade launcher at freeze. *pmmmmmmmm.........KABOOOOOM!*

superman flies out of nowhere from saving the day someplace else.

heat visions on punishers gun and melts it

the punisher pulls out his two automatic fire uze pistols, and blasts rounds at superman

the bullets rebound off my chest and i heat vision onto the pins on punishers grenades leaving him 30 secs to live

ripping off my greande belt i throw it at superman

nocked back slightly by the blow and freezes the barrell of his automatic

Wolverine jumps up and slashes superman across the face

slightly owwied. but bats wolverine into punisher sending them down the road

Wolverine gets back up, tilts his head from side to side listening to it crack. Then darts at superman, puts his claws away and swings wildly.

superman blocks the punch and backslaps wolverine into the wall

Wolverine jumps from the wall and grabs supermans legs pulling him to the ground

the punisher leaps at superman with a machete made out of adamantium, and plunges it into supermans neck

(that wouldnt cut me, it is an earthen material)

superman turns and belly bumps punisher into wolverine

[Ewan]

I dig a electric batarang into punusher shocking him and through wolverines adamantium bones shocks him too

[hayec004]

superman puts a metal mask onto batman and throws him head first into punisher.

(batman wont take damage due to he is wearing a protective helmet)

this is stupid how are we meant to hurt superman for ****s sake?!

grabs batman by his neck in miair, twisitn ghim so he lands underneath me. i then pulled the dazed batman onto hsi knees and snap his neck.

But i relpy and so dont lose health

I roll back before the snap and throw smoke pellets to create a distraction

venom grabs a piece of criptonite he found in an asteroid and throws it at superman

[Ewan]

i catch the cryptonite and throw it into the sewers
then send out high frequency that seperates the venom symbiote from eddie brock

i shoot at batmans neck with a piton gun.

this mustve killed him i posted this like an hour ago....

RAH he gets like 12 hours to respond?!

i catch wolverine while spinning round, meaning his momentum is lost, and put him on the ground.

i then use a shotgun and blasts at batman, while circling down to the drain, then i drop into the sewer.

I block with my cape and chase him into the sewers with my thermal vision on

superman drills himself underground and catches the punisher.

then superman mashes punishers face into the sewage

the punishers blasts a hole in the wall just before this happens, creating a hole for his head, then catching superman off guard, blasts him to the ground with a shotgun, and runs towrd the kryptonite.

superman takes a clod of waste and hurls it super powered into punishers back

irish minum had some and it got thrown down into the sewers

the punisher gets knocked, down but throws a grenade behind him, sealing the sewers, and grabs the KKKKKKKryptonite.

i power my way through the blockade and freeze the sewage tracks making punisher stuck it sh it

i put the kryptonite in my breast pocket, then drop a flare onto the ground, melting the ice.

Wolverine jumps in and slashes superman

[Ewan]

I floor punisher and take the Kryptonite puiting it in a lead lined pouch and drive an electic batarang into the ice then grapple onto the celling and activate it electrocuting punisher through the water

Wolverine grabs the electrical batarang with his claws absorbing the shock and throwing it at batman

[Ewan]

I dodge the batarang and launch Wolverine of the side off the sewers down a 100ft drop

i slice thru the lead lining by heating up my machete with another flare, then put the kryptonite on a chain around my neck.

i then launched a piton through wolverine arm, catching him and dragging him up, then running at batman and hitting him to the ground.

superman hovers above the electrified sewage and takes away punishers 12 guage shotgun and curls it into a ball and hurls it at wolverine

I throw punisher off and pound his face in them rip the ctyptonite from his neck and drive a batarang through his throught

i grab the kyrptonite before batman gets to it and pull out a shotgun and shoot him in the face.

I put a force field around Punisher and smash him against a wall and then shout "OWNED!"

i get back up and fire a shock mod into the green latern, sednign high current voltage thru his body.

superman jumps infront of green lantern to protect him and sends the bullet bouncing back at punisher carrying the electric current

Wolverine climbs back from the 100ft drop after clinging to the side on the way down with his claws. He jumps at green lantern and slashes his chest

superman blocks wolverines attack and makes wolvies claws go into his own gut

they wouldnt have been electrified if i didnt see them hit the green lantern, as u have to squeesze a second trigger :)

oh and u cnt block for other people...

the punisher sinks a machete into the green lantern's back, then blasts him in the head with a sawn-off.

Fine then i jump on to the hulk and put flares up his nose then i backflip off him and they explode, i then face wolverine

i then shoot the wound with saltrock shotgun shells.

I pull punisher using the rope into hulks line of fire and he gets a face full of green fists

i let go of the gun before i get dragged far, and the gun is hit by hulk into batmans face.

Scenario:
The battle ended with the marvel heroes claiming victory. The DC heroes took refuge in an abandoned castle and planned their next attack. The marvel heroes soon tracked them and layed seige to the castle.

Special rules:
the marvel heroes must attack from outside the castle, breeching it. while the DC must hold position for 3pages. Once 3 pages has ended, a penalty will be implied on the Marvel heroes, each hero will minus one health


Ps: the first few pages were for you to enjoy, now the real stuff happens

(ok it was obvious that marvel would win because dc was outnumbered by far)

powering up from the sun

Wolverine runs round the base of the castle and scales the walls digging is claws into the wall as he climbs

superman blasts him off the side with heat vision

[fiery rock]

Wolverine swings across to a ledge and heals the burn on his side from the heat vision, he cuts into the side of the rock creating a cavern in which to hide and await aid

Flash runs down the walls grabbing wolverine by the neck and throwing him to the floor. The flash runs in circles making dust go into his eyes.

Flash then runs back up to the fotress making a joke

ha ha go flash go (but dont go too fast or you'll disperse into particles again)

superman grabs the punisher and fly's up high and drops him into the crocodile filled mout

(um the place is abandoned, no crocodile -.-)

Ironman flies and grab the punisher putting him on the ground. He then turns to the castle door and blasts some optic shots thru his hands. Dealing lots of damage

Wolverine gets up and runs to the great plunging his claws deep into the door, he starts to saw through

superman flies down to wolverine and whirlwinds around him making a perpetual huricane

[fiery rock]

Wolverine digs his claws into the door so that he isnt blown away and slowly pulls himself up to the top of the door using his claws

Speedy aims his arrow at wolverine and hits a direct shot which hits his shoulder, severly wounding it.

[Ewan]

Batman jumps out of one of the castles windows and kicks wolverine off the door in to ironman

[Dernhelm]

The marvel heroes were pushed back away from the fotress.. And speedy fires a explosive arrow, wouding all of them.

[Wolverine -1]

Batman throws several batarangs exploding on conntact with Punisher, Ironman, Hulk and wolverine

[Dernhelm]

"Stop!!" Sue Storm cries out and makes a forcefield infront of the Marvel Heroes, deflecting all the batarangs

[Ewan]

Does every marvel hero still lose a bit of health cause i attacked before someone could defend ?
I retreat into the castle and lock down the castle, i set up explosive charges aound the castle and reinforece the door

[Dernhelm]

(The marvel heroes dont get attacked ea becuase you can only target one person.)

The heroes continue to assault....

Crap well then i put a conductors around the castle that absorb all electrical attacks and generate them in energy for the DC heores to use.

smashes what you have to have somed etail in your attack

the punisher aims an rpg at the castle door, then fires, exploding them outward. he then throws 2 smoke grenades into the now open entrance to provide cover for the marvel heroes.

hulk runs up to batman screaming in his face then smashes his face :D
