Need an opponent for Sicily or Stalingrad

I'm new to this club and this is my first posting!!

I'm looking for a campaign of Sicily and/or Stalingrad with any optional rules. The
only thing I ask is that it not be a rigid phased turned game but the default game with optional rules of your liking and also that fow be turned on.
