Hello
Andreas Hetzert ( Uffz_Feuerhake) Do you plan on doing some more units? I do like your work and if you ever find the time to do an Alternative French and British Units plate, Iíll be able to complete a custom Units.bmp for my DOA 3DMOD. Thanks

Hi there,

it looks really great and it seems to be a good combination of new 2D and 3D -Mods.
Yes, I have new material enough for the whole French and British Army and my next aim is to create the complete Army of Hannover 1815 with the 3 cavalry-reg., 2 artillery-reg. and 40 Line and Landwehr-units .....

BUT...... my son :hissyfit: will be born in a few days . :drink:
So there could be a little delay (1-2 weeks) in the "production" of units ....

By the way: I am a member (>Andreas aus GL) of the German "Historical Napoleonic Campaign Club" and I have seen your Mod-advertising. Well done!

We have had two or three very good game-designer and mapbuilder too, but one of the never ending story was a discussing about "real historic clubrules" . It is and was a big problem to discuss with people, which are very able in game-construction and sensible in themes about points-collection in a game but with hardly knowledge about historical reglements and facts.

Maybe it is a good chance to :hurray: beat the drum :hurray: for your work with more examples and links.

Greetings from

Andreas ;)

Congratulations,, by all means family first. :clown: :toast: :clown: Please take your time.
I’m just killing time waiting for the Game ( Empire-in-Arms (http://www.matrixgames.com/forums/tt.asp?forumid=26)) to come out, then I will probably go away and leave this Forum alone and go bother them .

Hi Ezjax,

thanks for the congratulation :D Yes, family first !

Your artilleryman has the same good quality! It looks very good !

Mmmmh, Empire in Arms the Napoleonic Wars of 1805 - 1815, it is a game on Corps-level with diplomacy etc. .
I like these games too but it is for me not the same like our BG/ HPS-Pc-version of the good old tabletop-games with individual uniformed units with its individual historic name, strenght and commander ...

I will try to "hold the position" :ar15: :bigfire: and step by step I hope to find and construct all necessary 2D-pics for 1815 and other napoleonic campaigns.

Nevertheless I hope to see and read more about your good ideas and results with icons, terrain, buildings .... :)

Greetings

Andreas

Were you suggesting that the modified artwork become part of an official HPS update? We never substitute the original artwork with the modified stuff.

Looking good by the way ...

No, absolutely not. I was pointing out that when you hit the Left Shift Key, which shows in game text labels, Château de Hougoumont is misspelled. Game shows Goumount. :paperbag:
