Allied Turn 1
The Allied has finally landed and the new Kommandant Fei Hung panicked , quickly sent situation report to high command for tactical advice !
Hi Fei_Hung,
Try to sink some ships off Sword Beach. They seem to be in range.
Try to take back Pegasus Bridge and blow it!! Also try to take the Taute River Bridge back and blow it!!! Maybe blown the bridges north of Carentan.
Remember I`m a beginner, so you should probably wait and see what some of our Top Commanders say!!!

He's done very well everywhere except Sword. I'd try isolating the Paras as described earlier. To take Pegasus go down the left bank and attack from Benouville.
Start digging in the marshes north of Carentan- break all units here into 3. Blow the bridges (34,29 35,29), using the HQ in Perier. Get that arty from there up to Carentan too. And put the para arty in Carentan and use in Direct support to retake the bridge over the Taute, breaking the infantry unit there into 3 and rotating a piece in each round. It's vital you retake this.
Bayeux is very vulnerable. You've got to contain him here. Put some 88mms in 64,32 and send 1/22 Pz up in 3 pieces putting 1 in Bayeux on Tactical Reserve. Put a piece of 200 AG bn in Bayeux dug in with the Fusiliers there. 1/916 in 65,33 64,33 with 1 piece as is. 2/916 67,33 68,32 and a piece in Creully with some 88mm or the other 2 pieces of the 200 AG bn spread among them (88mm in town). It's going to be touch and go here so get there what you can- this is your most vulnerable spot. You'll prbably need the SS here turn 2 so try and keep rail line secure.
This guy is good, though I'm baffled why he couldn't do better at Sword. Good luck!

Please bear in mind thoughts are incremental, so you need to take on board what I said regarding Hank2's match and apply as appropriate.

Yes, but do at the end of your turn or it may end early. And if you get a chance put units on Tactical Reserve when done so they can fire back if attacked by ships. Target Heavy Naval as a priority as these have furthest inland range (battleships).
How do you know when your turn ends? I still haven't figured this out? Something to do with movement?
Thanks in advanced. :smoke:
