I am having a blast playing 1776. The smaller unit scale and the lower counter density is a refreshing departure from some of the Napoleonic games. The American Revolutionary War is one of my favorite historical periods and playing the scenario that Gary set up for us has got my blood flowing.
It will be interesting to see how I fare against some of the better players out there. I am by no means a skilled opponent but I certainly try to offer SOME resistance :laugh:
