Did you know that Matrix is cooking a new napoleonic tactical wargame called Black Powder Wars : Battles of Napoleon? It seems to improve some aspecs of the HPS games and it will likely supports a powerful editor that lets you create battles for all campaigns in the period.

I am curious as to what aspects of the HPS titles it aims to improve upon. Do you have any more information on this game? I have visited the Matrix page but they don't have much posted other than a few beta screens.
