I just downloaded both the vasl engine and the program itself. Hopefully tomorrow at work I will be able to try it out and play around with it.
Any pointers on how I should deal with it??
Jeremy

And another plus for VASL is a Daushund can't eat virtual counters :)
My advice for getting to grips with VASL is to find an opponent asap and take pointers from them (online or PbEM). Nothing like jumping in at the deep end!
If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask.

In all seriousness Jeremy, if you like ASL, VASL is a great way to play others, even old buddies that you dont see anymore due to distance. All it takes is some practice moving stuff around (damn stacking and unstacking), which you can do offline, and you are off and running!
