Oh my, that is one amateurish site, just one quote:

So, the author had a look in his crystal ball, saw that the future would be horrible if the Iraq is not attacked and can now safely say that the peace loving USA is literally 'forced' to attack Iraq, because it's a historic fact LOL :D

Foriegn policy often is determined by one's conclusion of the situation, not simply fact. European governments believes the evidence suggest Saddam will not pose a threat, even with WMDs. If it does, the world will be in the position politically, economically, and militarily to respond. America disagrees.

European governments try to argue the Middle East will blow up and force the world to commit to the largest war since WWII. Bush ignores the possibility of destablization.
