I have RBF #4 and I am missing RBF-39 They Really Know How to Die Scenario.

Where it should be there is a blank page with RBF-40 on the other side of the blank page.

Is this a normal problem with this magazine?

That happened to me too. I sent a picture to Steve D and was able to get another magazine.
